How We Load, Secure, and Protect Your Motorcycle

Every motorcycle we transport is treated with the same respect and precision, using tried and tested methods, refined with our own white-glove standard for total safety and peace of mind.

1. Preparation & Inspection

Before loading, we carry out a brief visual inspection and condition record of your bike. Any loose accessories (luggage, mirrors, straps) are removed or secured, and fuel is kept below a quarter tank to reduce weight and spill risk.

We prepare a clean, enclosed space within the van — fitted with heavy-duty anchor points and protective flooring.

2. Controlled Loading

Each motorcycle is loaded via a wide, anti-slip aluminium ramp with raised side lips to prevent wheel drift.

The bike is never ridden or powered up the ramp — instead, we use a controlled walk-up method or, for heavier bikes, a manual winch system for steady, even movement.

Your driver stands beside the bike for full control throughout the process.

3. Precision Securing

Once inside, the front wheel is locked into a dedicated wheel chock to hold the bike upright.

We then apply a four-point tie-down system — two straps at the front, two at the rear — using soft-loop handlebar straps and premium ratchet tie-downs fixed to the van’s load anchors.

Each strap is tightened evenly to avoid over-compressing the suspension and to maintain perfect balance.

4. Protective Padding

Before straps are tensioned, we apply triple-layer protection around key areas:

  • Soft fleece or microfibre wrap on painted panels.
  • Heavy furniture blankets over contact points.
  • Anti-chafe sleeves under every strap.

This system eliminates movement and prevents marks, rubs, or strap abrasion — even on freshly detailed or custom-painted bikes.

5. Non-Stop, Enclosed Delivery

We operate a single-load, direct-delivery model — your motorcycle travels alone, in a clean, enclosed, GPS-tracked vehicle.

No multi-drops. No depot storage. No overnight layovers.

Just a secure, uninterrupted journey from door to destination.

6. Handover & Completion

On arrival, straps are released only when the bike is stable and fully supported. A final condition check is completed before handover.

Because every motorcycle is handled individually, we can guarantee a smooth, discreet, and secure service.
